Why Choose Us?

It’s no secret that none of us knows what tomorrow will bring, but planning for those “what ifs” gives you peace of mind…and control.

LifeCare Advisors can help you make life’s important decisions before you face a life-changing moment or crisis. The professional staff of LifeCare Advisors (attorney Larry A. Blosser and registered nurse, Candace Blosser), work with you to help you think through the tough questions and to design a “road map” intended to maximize the quality of your life…and to preserve your wealth for the future.

LifeCare Advisors, a charter member of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, uses an interdisciplinary approach to produce an individualized life-care plan, a set of recommendations and resources that put you in control of your future.

The initial life care plan is just the beginning, however.

The plan is designed to evolve and change as your health care needs change. An important aspect of a life care plan is the continuing relationship the firm has with its clients, extending over a period of several year. Candace schedules periodic visits with clients, serves as an educational resource for clients and their families, and is always available “on call” to answer questions that clients or their family members may have regarding care issues. If care needs change, LifeCare Advisors serves as a resource to help clients and their families find, obtain and pay for care that meets those changing needs.

Life Care Planning,

as provided by LifeCare Advisors, is a holistic, client-centric approach to Elder Law. Through an interdisciplinary team approach we focus primarily on quality of life, including the physical, emotional and psycho-social needs of our clients. Wills, powers of attorney, advance directives, and trusts are among the tools we use in partnering with clients as they seek to optimize their quality of life through informed decisions and effective implementation. Maximizing the size of one’s estate is not the principal focus of life care planning; rather, our clients place a high value on the wise use of available resources (private and public) for their own needs…not just those of their heirs…now and as life happens.
