Larry A. Blosser, Attorney At Law
After more than 25 years practicing law in a variety of settings (government, corporate and law firms) in Washington, DC, Larry opened his own solo practice in Ellicott City, MD. Following graduation from Michigan State University in 1968, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honor, Larry enlisted in the U.S. Army and saw combat duty in Vietnam. In 1971, Larry was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Kent State University. In 1978, Larry earned his law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of Akron School of Law. Larry is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
In his spare time, Larry enjoys running, boating, camping and spending time with his family.
Candace L. Blosser, R.N.
With more than a dozen years of nursing experience, Candace has spent virtually her entire career working in geriatric care settings in Howard, Carroll and Montgomery counties. She has worked in long term care, assisted living, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) and a rehabilitation hospital.
In addition, Candace serves as adjunct faculty in the Continuing Education program at Howard Community College. She is an instructor in both the Certified Nursing Assistant and Medicine Aide programs. She earned her degree in nursing from Howard Community College.
Candace has completed the State of Maryland training course in infection control and is a member of the Association of Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners.
In her spare time, she enjoys boating, travel and quiet time with her family.
